A tick is defined as every 5 minutes. Each tick, many events happen, including, but not limited to:

• 10% energy is replenished
• 10% stamina is replenished
• 10% nerve is replenished

If you are a respected prisoner, then all of the above gains are DOUBLED! Stats are NOT replenished if you are in Isolation
