The Gym is where you want to go to train up your stats. You will also gain experience each time you train.

How To Train

You need energy to train at the gym. To begin, decide which stat you want to train. Edit the number in the text box above the stat you want to train to choose how much energy to train with.

Training Effectiveness

Your training is heavily dependent on your stamina. The higher your overall stamina, the more benefit you receive from training. Additionally, your current stamina percentage also affects how effective your training is.

For example, training your strength with 10 energy and 150 total stamina will produce better results than the same training with only 100 total stamina. To view your total stamina, view your Rap Sheet or hover your mouse over your stamina in the top right corner of the page.
